HUGGING: jake's not big on the whole touchy-feeling thing, so he'll only really let your muse hug him if he's familiar and fond of them. considering it took a whole game for him to warm up to sherry...
KISSING: unlikely to happen, unless a properly developed relationship happens.
FLIRTING: sure! i can't promise reciprocation straight away, but if it's all just friendly stuff, then yeah.
SEXUAL: i try to avoid sexual stuff, personally, since i'm only 17 and pretty uncomfortable with the subject, but fade-to-black and all that works? though i doubt jake will ever get that far.
FIGHTING: jake was made to fight. this is a yes, as long as it's with good reason.
INJURING/DEATH: it's pretty hard to injure him due to what he inherited from wesker, but yeah! injuring & death works!
TELEPATHY/MIND READING: jake has no idea how to protect his mind, nor figure out how to protect himself/if it's being read, without being straight-out told, so go ahead.
